Please read these terms carefully before using the fuj9 platform. All rules regarding membership, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, and responsible gaming are clearly set out here.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the fuj9 platform and all its services. When you register at fuj9 or use any of its services, you will be considered to have accepted these Terms.

- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Evidence of bonus or promotion abuse.
- Involvement in any fraudulent or dishonest activity.
- Deliberately attempting to exploit any technical error or bug on the platform.
Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules

Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted. Transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following must be confirmed before submitting a withdrawal request:
- Account verification must be complete.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
- The withdrawal amount must be at least ৳800.
fuj9 reserves the right to delay or suspend the withdrawal process for suspicious transactions. Additional verification information may be requested in such cases.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
fuj9 offers a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Some practical examples of the bonus:
Example 2: Deposit of ৳34,000 or more → maximum bonus ৳20,000 → total balance ৳54,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own terms, which apply to that offer.
- A person may claim any specific bonus only once.
- Bonuses must be used for genuine betting purposes only.
- fuj9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- In any dispute relating to bonuses, fuj9's decision will be considered final.
VIP & Cashback Program
The fuj9 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. A member's tier is determined based on their betting activity.

Prohibited Activities

- Hacking or attempting to bypass platform security.
- Operating multiple accounts under false identities.

9.2 Betting Outcomes
Betting outcomes depend entirely on the user's own decisions and circumstances. fuj9 does not guarantee any winnings. fuj9 is not obligated to compensate for any losses.
9.3 Third-Party Content
The fuj9 platform contains content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, etc.). fuj9 is not responsible for technical issues with these games. However, if any issue arises, please inform our support team and we will attempt to resolve it.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any conflict of interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
11.3 Severability of Terms
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be fully effective.
11.4 Entire Agreement
These terms, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between fuj9 and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this agreement.
